How to change my password
NOTE: This is only available in the Fabulous app. On Shape and Elixir it isn't currently possible to change your password.
To reset your password in the Fabulous app, please follow the instructions below:
Sign in with your email address through the following link: https://app.thefabulous.co/login
After introducing your email, tap on Next.
You should then be able to tap on "Trouble signing in?".
Make sure the correct email has been introduced, and tap on Send.
You will then receive a password reset email from us with a link for you to reset your password. If you don't receive this email, make sure to check also your spam folders.
If you're still not able to change your password, please contact our support team for assistance, tap here to learn how.
