Troubleshooting common Gympass/Wellhub login issues

If you're having issues entering Fabulous Premium via Gympass/Wellhub, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The Fabulous app was downloaded from the App Store / Play Store without the creation of an account through Gympass/Wellhub.

    The Fabulous App must be downloaded from the link provided in the email received upon creation of your Fabulous account on our website.

  2. A standard Fabulous account already existed under the same email address prior to the Gympass/Wellhub activation.

    Fabulous Premium via Gympass/Wellhub is available to new users only. If you were already a Fabulous user in the past, your account will need to be deleted, so a new one can be created via Gympass/Wellhub. Please contact our support team for assistance.

  3. The account used with Fabulous is under an email address different to the one linked with your Gympass/Wellhub account.

    Once the password is created on the website, the same email address and password must be used in the app in order for the Premium membership to be recognized. Ensure that both the email and password are the correct ones.
