How to change the email associated with my profile

The steps for changing the email associated with your profile may vary depending on your type of plan and source of subscription


Premium members with subscriptions created via the Website


If you have a Premium subscription created via the Website, you will need to reach out to our Member Care team so they may assist you in changing the email associated with your Fabulous, Shape or Elixir account. Tap here to learn how to contact the support team.




Free users and Premium Members with subscriptions created through a third party (Google Play Store or Apple Apple Store)


You can change the email address associated with your profile through the app itself. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

 

NOTE: The steps below are NOT currently available on the newly released apps Shape and Elixir.


  1. From the Fabulous homepage, tap the Profile icon > then Settings > scroll down and Sign Out

  2. Go back to the previous screen and tap on Sign In. The old email should appear, but you'll be able to delete it and type the new email address. Then, tap Next. 

  3. Pick a password and tap on Create Profile.

    

PREMIUM members will also need to complete the following step 4:

  1. Finally, if you have a Premium subscription, tap on Settings > Premium > Backup Journey Progress. This will ensure that your progress is saved under the new email address.
