Why isn’t My Challenge Progressing?

If your Challenge progress seems stuck, one of two things is usually going on. Here's how to figure out which applies to you.

Reason 1: Your letters and motivators aren't marked as read

Challenge progress is based on completion percentage, and letters and motivators need to be actively marked as read to count toward it.

1. Open the Fabulous app and tap the Challenge tab at the bottom of your screen.

2. Find any letters or motivators that aren't marked as complete.

3. Open each one and tap Mark as Complete in the top right corner.

Once marked, these will count toward your Challenge progress.

Reason 2: You started a second Challenge

Fabulous only allows one Challenge at a time. If you accepted a new Challenge while another was in progress, the app automatically reset your original one's progress.

To get back on track, choose which Challenge you want to focus on and start fresh from there.
