Why isn’t My Journey Progressing?

Your Journey may be stuck for a couple of reasons:


  1. Your letters and motivators are not being marked as "read" and not being counted towards your completion percentage. 


Go to the Fabulous App and locate your Journey Tab at the bottom of the screen. Then, make sure to access each letter and mark it as complete in the top right-hand corner. 


Now the letter will say "Completed" and will count towards journey progression!

  1. You are trying to do more than one Journey at a time.


To make sure you're focusing on developing that one new habit, the Fabulous app was developed to only allow one Journey in progress at a time. 


Therefore, if you accept a new Journey while in progress of another one, the app will pause the progress of your original Journey.
