What's the difference between Routines and Habits?

Routines vs Habits


A routine is a collection of habits that are supposed to be completed one after the other. For example, "Drink Water" or "Eat Breakfast" are Habits contained inside the Morning Routine.


Fabulous uses Habit stacking to get you to do one Habit after the next, so you are in a flow state and able to focus on the task at hand.
