How to move habits between routines?

To move a habit from one routine to another, please follow these steps.



First, you will need to add the habit to a routine:

  1. Open the app.
  2. From the home screen tap on the routine that you would like to add a habit to.
  3. Tap on the "+" sign.
  4. Tap on the search bar and name your new habit or select it from the list.
  5. Tap "ADD".


Then, you will need to delete the habit from the original ritual:

  1. Tap on the routine you would like to edit.
  2. Tap on the three dots icon on the right and center of the screen.
  3. Tap on "Reorder and Remove Habits".
  4. Tap on the three dots icon next to the habit you would like to remove.
  5. Tap on "Remove Habit".


Please note, if you're currently on a Journey, we would recommend that you wait to move any habits until you've completed that habit goal in your Journey or Challenge to ensure that you can progress as you should be progressing.


Also, you will, unfortunately, lose your habit's streak. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused, however, this is the only way to move habits to different routines at the moment.
