How does Fabulous work?
Fabulous is a habit-building app grounded in behavioral science. It guides you through daily routines to help you build healthier habits, improve focus, and develop a more structured day.
The core building blocks
Routines: Morning, afternoon, and evening routines you build habit by habit. Each routine has an alarm and a checklist of habits to complete.
Journeys: Guided programs (3 to 12 weeks) that teach you to build one habit at a time using behavioral science principles.
Challenges: Shorter, focused programs (5 to 30 days) targeting a specific goal or habit.
Coaching: 3-minute motivational audio sessions. Daily, Focus, and Nightly sessions are available, plus Coaching Series.
Circles: A community feature where users support each other in their wellness journeys.
Guided Activities: Short science-backed exercises for focus, stress reduction, and habit building.
Free vs Premium
Many features are free, including a selection of Journeys, Challenges, and Guided Activities. A Premium membership unlocks the full content library and all features.
