Canceling your subscription:
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are fully handled by Apple.

Once you have successfully canceled the trial or subscription, instead of a Renewal Date, you will see an Expiry Date:

Then, it's likely that you either:
1. Created your subscription with Apple under another email.
