How to Manage a Premium Subscription

Subscriptions created through:



IMPORTANT NOTES I:

1. The steps on cancelling a subscription depends on where it was created. If you need help locating your Premium subscription first, 
this article will help!

2. You don't need to have the app installed on your device to cancel your subscription.

3. Subscriptions auto-renew on an ongoing basis unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with our T&Cs.

4. 
You will remain a Premium subscriber until your subscription expires on the date indicated.

5. If you forgot to cancel your subscription prior to the scheduled renewal date and are now facing charge attempts from Fabulous, then please visit this article

        

                                                                                                       

Website or an email offer:


1. Sign in to your Fabulous account here.


2. Choose the app that contains the subscription you wish to cancel:




3. Go to Membership Plans and tap on the "Cancel Plan" button


 



4. Continue to cancel until you reach the cancellation confirmation page:




5.  You're done! If you'd like to confirm the expiry date of your subscription, tap on "Close" and go back to the Membership Plans tab.




Google Play Store:

For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store, the subscription and all recurring payments are fully handled by Google. 

  • To cancel a Google Play subscription, please visit the Google cancelation page by clicking here.


Once you have successfully canceled the trial or subscription, instead of seeing Next Payment and Upcoming Charges, you will see an Expiry Date and an option to Resubscribe (as in the screenshots below)





Apple App Store:

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, the subscription and all recurring payments are fully handled by Apple.

Once you have successfully canceled the trial or subscription, instead of a Renewal Date, you will see an Expiry Date (as in the screenshots below).
