Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how paid subscriptions to Fabulous and our companion apps work, including free trials, introductory offers, automatic renewal, billing, price changes, cancellation, and refunds. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Statement. By starting a subscription you agree to these terms. They apply to Fabulous and to the Fabulous family of apps: Clarify, Lumiere, Lune, Shape, Ambience, Fountain, Enchant, Elixir.

1. Free trials

We may offer a free trial so you can try a subscription before you are charged. The length of the trial and what it includes are shown to you at checkout before you confirm and also sent via email after the confirmation.

Your trial converts automatically.Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged the price shown at checkout. You can cancel during the trial at any time and keep access until the trial ends.


2. Introductory and promotional offers

Many of our plans begin with a discounted introductory price for your first subscription period (for example, a reduced price for the first 1, 3, or 12 months). The introductory price, the period it covers, and the standard price that applies afterward are all shown to you at checkout before you confirm.

What happens after the introductory period.When your introductory period ends, your subscription renews automatically at the standard price for your plan, billed for each renewal period, until you cancel. The standard renewal price and the renewal date are displayed at checkout and confirmed in your purchase email.


Introductory and promotional offers are available to new subscribers only, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before purchase.

3. Automatic renewal

All Fabulous subscriptions are automatically renewing. This means that at the end of each subscription period (for example weekly, monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months, 6-monthly, or yearly, depending on the plan you chose), your subscription renews for another period of the same length and your payment method is charged the then-current price for that plan.

Your subscription continues to renew until you cancel it. You will not receive a separate request to renew. The renewal price and renewal frequency for your plan are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

4. Billing and payment method

When you confirm a subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method:

  • the amount due at the time of purchase (the trial price, introductory price, or standard price, as applicable), and
  • the applicable renewal price automatically at the start of each renewal period.

Subscriptions are purchased on our website and are processed and managed through our payment provider, Chargebee. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access to your subscription until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a fee to cancel.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.Your subscription is billed through your account on our website, so it must be canceled there, using the steps below, or you may continue to be charged.


To cancel your subscription

  • Sign in to your account at thefabulous.co and open Account > Manage subscription > Cancel subscription, or
  • Reach out to our Member Care team at least 24 hours before your renewal date and we will help you cancel.

6. Changes to prices

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If a price change affects your subscription, we will give you reasonable notice in advance, by email, in-app notification, or another prominent method, before the new price takes effect. The new price will apply to your next renewal. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect, as described above.

7. Refunds

Where refunds are required by applicable law, we honor those rights. Outside of those rights, payments are generally non-refundable, and canceling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.

8. Managing multiple subscriptions

If you subscribe to more than one Fabulous app (Fabulous, Clarify, Lumiere, Lune, Shape, Ambience, Fountain, Enchant, or Elixir), or to more than one kit, each subscription is separate, with its own renewal and billing schedule. Canceling one subscription does not automatically cancel the others. You can review and manage your subscriptions in the same place you purchased.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of a subscription after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
