How to request a refund

To request a refund for a purchase, it is very important that you first identify which platform you used to start your subscription.

A subscription to Fabulous, Shape, or Elixir appears under your mobile device's Subscription section? Then please refer to one of the options below:

  1. GOOGLE PLAY STORE

    Subscriptions made through the Google Play Store are directly handled by Google. Please reach out to Google directly with your request using the following link.
  2. APPLE APP STORE

    Subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are directly handled by Apple. Please reach out to Apple directly with your request using the following link.


No subscription appears under your mobile device's Subscription section? Then it is very likely that you subscribed directly through the Fabulous website:


     SUBSCRIPTION MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE

  • If you are currently on your mobile device, please access the Refund Request form by tapping "Contact Us" inside the app and selecting "Account, Subscription & Billing" > "Request a refund" 

  • If you do not have the App installed or are accessing this page from a computer, please access the Refund Request form by selecting "Account, Subscription & Billing" > "Request a refund" in the Ticket Bot available through this link.
