Where did I subscribe? App Store, Google Play, or with Fabulous directly?
Before you can manage or cancel your Fabulous subscription, you need to know where you subscribed. The steps are different depending on your platform. Following the wrong ones won't work.
How to find out where you subscribed
Check your inbox for a subscription confirmation email:
If it came from Apple, you subscribed via the App Store.
If it came from Google Play, you subscribed via the Google Play Store.
If it came from Fabulous (noreply@thefabulous.co), you subscribed directly on our website.
Not sure? You can also check directly:
On iPhone/iPad: go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions and look for Fabulous.
On Android: open Google Play > tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
On any browser: go to app.thefabulous.co, log in, and check the Membership Plans section.
Go to your platform's guide
Once you know where you subscribed, tap the right guide below:
I subscribed via the Fabulous website → How to cancel your subscription (Fabulous website)
I subscribed via the Apple App Store → How to cancel your subscription (Apple App Store)
I subscribed via Google Play → How to cancel your subscription (Google Play)
Important: Deleting the Fabulous app from your device does NOT cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps in the guide above.Still not sure which applies to you? Contact our support team and we'll help you find out.
