What is a Journey?

Journeys take weeks to complete, and we move slowly to build solid routines and habits. They are focused on a central theme, but will often include multiple different habits to help you achieve a larger goal.

Journeys are the backbone of the work we do at Fabulous. Simply pick your path - sleeping better, increasing productivity, exercising regularly, or starting a meditation practice. We offer a broad range of journeys to develop long-lasting habits to suit your lifestyle.

How do Journeys Work?

  1. Choose from a selection of journeys that immerse you in your own personal adventure over several weeks, and we'll help you navigate.
  2. Receive regular letters filled with inspiring and motivating lessons that guide your process. You’ll learn about the science of habit building and identify what’s standing in the way of you achieving your goals.
  3. At the end of each letter, you will commit to positive action for that week. Don't worry, we start off slow and build up over time.
  4. Your new habits will be added to your daily routine, and we’ll send you gentle nudges to stay on task.
