I have an issue with the Fabulous app on my Apple Watch

If you're having issues with the Fabulous app on your Apple Watch, you may follow the troubleshooting steps below:


  1. Make sure your watchOS version is 5.0 or newer. 
  2. Ensure both your devices are connected to Wi-Fi.
  3. Check if iCloud, and iCloud Drive are both enabled on your device (this is necessary for the app to work on your watch).

The issue persists? You may also refresh the content of your Fabulous app by following the steps below:


  1. First, ensure that your Fabulous app is updated to the latest version.
  2. Make sure that you remain connected to a strong internet connection throughout this process. Any interruption of quality or speed may endanger your data. Prefer a good Wi-Fi signal.
  3. Open Fabulous and tap on the Profile icon (from the homepage) > Settings > Advanced Settings > Redownload Everything (while keeping the screen lit and avoiding navigating out of the process until its completion).
