How to cancel your subscription (subscribed via Apple App Store)

This guide is for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple manages these subscriptions. Fabulous cannot cancel them on your behalf.


Before you start

  • Deleting the Fabulous app does not cancel your subscription.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • After cancelling, you keep Premium access until your current period expires.

  • Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested directly from Apple, not Fabulous.


How to cancel on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.

  3. Find and tap Fabulous in the list.

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.


How to cancel on a Mac

  1. Open the App Store and click your name at the bottom left.

  2. Click Account Settings, then scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage.

  3. Find Fabulous and click Edit, then Cancel Subscription.


After cancelling

In the Fabulous app, you'll see an Expiry Date instead of a Renewal Date. This confirms the cancellation went through and shows when your Premium access ends.
