How to locate a Premium Subscription


Subscriptions created via the Website or email offer

1. Visit the website by tapping here.

2. Tap on Account (or Sign in) at the top.

3. Sign In with the email address (or Google Account) used to subscribe.

4. If you use multiple Fabulous apps, choose the app you'd like to locate.

5. Tap on Membership Plans to locate the details of your subscription as well as your next bill and expiry date.

Subscriptions created via the Apple App Store

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

2. Tap on your name at the top of the screen to open your Apple ID.

3. Tap on Subscriptions.

4. A list with all of your Apple subscriptions will appear.

5. Tap on the app you'd like to locate in order to see the details of the subscription.

Subscriptions created via the Google Play Store

1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device.

2. At the top right, tap on the profile icon to open your Google account.

3. Tap on Payments & subscriptions.

4. Tap Subscriptions to open the list of subscriptions.

5. Search for "Fabulous" to locate the details of your subscription.

Still unable to locate your subscription?

If you cannot locate your subscription following the steps above, please make sure you are using the same email address, Apple ID, or Google account that you originally used to subscribe. (
If you are unsure which email address you used to subscribe, try looking in your mailbox)
