What is a Challenge?

Challenges are short, focused programs ranging from 5 to 30 days. They're designed around one specific habit or goal and are grounded in behavioral science research.


How Challenges differ from Journeys

  • Challenges are shorter and more focused than Journeys

  • They work well when you want to target one specific habit quickly

  • Some Challenges can be done with a group — these are called Live Challenges


How to find Challenges

  1. Tap the Coaching tab at the bottom of the home screen.

  2. Tap Challenges to browse the full library.

  3. Pick one and tap the play button to start.


You can only do one Challenge at a time. Starting a new one will reset progress on your current Challenge.
