What is a Challenge?

Challenges are a selection of research-driven exercises that drive radical habit change. Ranging anywhere from 5-to-30 days, these self-care activities will create real and lasting behavior change.


How do Challenges Work?

  1. Get the ball rolling with a short week-long challenge, or commit to a more intensive 30-day challenge
  2. Complete the daily challenge tasks until you reach your goal
  3. Invite your friends or join other Fabs to take on a challenge together in real-time with a live challenge.


A challenge takes less time than a journey and is useful when you'd like to focus on one specific habit or goal.
