How Challenges differ from Journeys
Challenges are shorter and more focused than Journeys
They work well when you want to target one specific habit quickly
Some Challenges can be done with a group — these are called Live Challenges
How to find Challenges
Tap the Coaching tab at the bottom of the home screen.
Tap Challenges to browse the full library.
Pick one and tap the play button to start.
