How do I start a Journey?
There are two ways to start a Journey in Shape:
- Go to your Profile > All Journeys > Choose the one you'd like to do!
- Go to your "Plan" tab > Scroll all the way down to "All Journeys" > Choose the one you'd like to switch to!
