I have a Past Due payment or a pending invoice from Fabulous

Subscriptions to Fabulous, Shape, or Elixir Premium automatically renew on an ongoing basis unless canceled before the end of the trial period or renewal date.


If you're now receiving emails from Fabulous regarding a Past Due payment, pending invoice or payment collection attempts, it means your subscription was automatically renewed since it was still active at the time of the scheduled renewal date.



Can I still cancel my subscription now?


Yes, you can still cancel your subscription following the cancelation steps on this article. But kindly note that since the scheduled renewal date has passed, the cancelation will only be valid at the end of the current cycle and the payment for the previous cycle will remain pending.


How can I complete the payment now?


The system will automatically re-attempt the charge in the days following the renewal date. Make sure that your payment method is valid so the payment can be completed. In case you need to update your payment method, you may follow the instructions available on this article. 


The payment has been completed now. What's next?


If the payment has now been completed, then your subscription is no longer past due and no actions are required.
