How to Cancel a Premium Subscription

IMPORTANT NOTES I: 1. In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to know where the subscription was created. If you need help locating your Premium subscription first, this article should help. 2. You don't need to have the app installed on your device in order to cancel your subscription. 3. In accordance with our T&Cs, subscriptions auto-renew on an ongoing basis unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. 4. In order to successfully cancel your subscription, you must use the same service that was used to activate the subscription. 5. You will remain a Premium subscriber until your subscription expires on the date indicated. 6. If you forgot to cancel your subscription prior to the scheduled renewal date and is now facing charge attempts from Fabulous, then please visit this article.
Subscriptions created through our website or an email offer
1. Visit the website by tapping here
2. Tap on Account at the top
3. Sign in with your email address or Google Account.
4. If you use multiple Fabulous apps, choose the app with the subscription you wish to cancel.
5. Your subscription will be displayed under Membership Plans. To cancel the subscription, tap on Cancel Premium.
6. Confirm that you are sure you want to cancel your subscription.
6. Scroll down and tap on Continue to cancel.
7. Done! You will receive the message "Your membership is cancelled" confirming that it has been successfully canceled. If you'd like to confirm the expiry date of your subscription, tap on Go to Homepage.
8. You will also receive a cancelation confirmation email from Fabulous, titled "Your subscription has been canceled".
Subscriptions created via Play Store (Google)
For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store, the subscription and all recurring payments are fully handled by Google.

Once you have successfully canceled the trial or subscription, instead of seeing Next Payment and Upcoming Charges, you will see an Expiry Date and an option to Resubscribe (as in the screenshots below)
Subscriptions created via App Store (Apple)
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, the subscription and all recurring payments are fully handled by Apple.

Once you have successfully canceled the trial or subscription, instead of a Renewal Date, you will see an Expiry Date (as in the screenshots below).
